The
rooms are in a garden setting arranged around a beach
courtyard and the swimming pool. All rooms are
distinctly native with Filipino styling – quaint
yet with modern conveniences like split-type airconditioning,
hot & cold potable water, DVDs, cable TV, IDD & NDD
telephone, fully stocked mini bar, deluxe
guestroom amenities, abaca slippers, evening
turn-down services, native hammocks and private verandah.
The
resort carries a general tropical native theme in its
rooms and facilities, with extensive use of native
materials for construction and décor. A typical Premiere room comes with
king size bed, either one or two single day or massage
beds, large screen (27-inch) television, bathrobes,
welcome fruit baskets and complimentary tea and coffee
service.
There are a total of 34 native cottage styled rooms
with walls of woven bamboo ribbons, framed mats, thatch
roofs, gleaming wooden floors. An additional 6 rooms
are being built in the Treetops and are expected to
be completed on September 2005. Located up the stairs
from the swimming pool, these luxurious, circular rooms
with an area of 55sqm has a private verandah, a very
large bathroom with elegant bath tub and showers facing
large floor-to- ceiling windows overlooking lush tropical
landscaping. These new villa rooms are superior compared
to the present rooms of Fridays but have the same Fridays
atmosphere and concept. From the 2nd floor, guests will
have splendid sea view overlooking the present rooms
of Fridays. The rooms at the 2nd floor have a cathedral
ceiling which makes it more elegant. Total land area
of the resort is about one hectare.
In addition to the rooms in the resort, the company
also manages a seven- room villa adjacent to its property.
This villa has one premier and 6 deluxe rooms. Although
smaller in room space, guests can still enjoy the same
amenities and superb service in the villa. Three other
private residences nearby are also available for the
use of resort guests under special arrangement.

Our beach front restaurant offers regional Asian, European,
Fusion and Filipino cuisine. It offers daily special breakfast
set, lunch, dinner set menu and A La Carte specialties.
Happy Hours on the island from 3 to 6 pm with
daily acoustic guitarist and singers. Cultural shows are
presented 3 times a week on Fridays, Mondays and Wednesdays.
BBQ and Grill buffet is on every Fridays. The
bar stocks what is the island’s most extensive selection
of wines.

The
beachfront of the resort is considered to be one of the
finest and cleanest of Boracay and shares the finest stretch
of beachfront at the North end of White Beach. Fridays
offers full service on the beach (towels, food and
beverage). The beachfront serves also as a venue for its
banquet events especially weddings. The resort is known
for its simple yet elegant beach weddings complete with
great service and delicious food.
While not a business hotel, the resort has facilities
for small conferences for about 40 persons. Fridays was
the first to offer Broadband Internet to its guests. Recently
Fridays went even further by offering Wireless Internet
access (WIFI) services not only in one hot spot but almost
anywhere which includes - the beach, restaurant, swimming
pool area, conference rooms and in most of the rooms verandas.
This is another technology dvancement for Fridays Boracay
which is very well appreciated by its guests.
The diving and water sports concessionaire has an in-house
shop on the beachfront offering all diving courses. Water
sport activities are booked through our Activities Officer
(jet ski, para-sailing, banana boat, water ski,
wind surfing, sailing, flying fish, mountain biking and
many more. Golf can be arranged at the nearby Graham Marsh-designed
18 holes championship course. |
