One-Bedroom Cottages
• Eighteen (18) one bedroom cottages that are guaranteed to make you feel right at home. Equipped with the standard air-conditioning, its own toilet and bath, each cottage features luxurious wood paneled floors for a more rustic ambience. Six (6) of these cottages feature queen-sized beds while the remaining 12 feature two (2) single beds. It is capped with its own balcony with an unparalleled view that promises to calm the senses.

Terrace Room
• Twin-sharing cottage furnished in hotel-like luxury. Equipped with air-conditioning, the most spacious bathroom, wide and luxuriously comfortable beds and a balcony with a view. It’s five-star living by the sea!

Two (2) Bedroom Cottage
• A 2-bedroom, air-conditioned cottage suite. It comes with its own living room for those who want extra privacy. It is also equipped with 2 bathrooms and a large balcony with a view. Ideal for family outings or large but intimate groups.

Cabañas
• Finally, for the guests who do not mind roughing it up a little, we also have 10 luxurious, non-air conditioned cabanas with its own bathroom and balcony with a view. And all have hot and cold-water tap. So you never feel far from home.

THE MAIN CORE
The Main Core has a gift shop where guests can bring home mementos of their stay. For fun and games, a Game Room is also available if guests want to simply unwind and let some of their competitive energies come alive. The main restaurant and bar serves the most delectable local and international cuisine for a truly gastronomic experience.

3 SWIMMING POOLS
Although the Eagle Point Resort’s main attraction is its scuba diving facilities, the resort has three (3) swimming pool facilities for guests who may not want to scuba dive. Two (2) freshwater pools and one (1) saltwater pool are available for use and are closely located to the Main Core. Children can use the upper pool while adults can avail themselves of the use of the much larger lower pool to while away the time and relax. To make the experience even more fun, both pools are equipped with running waterfalls and waterslides. Fun under the sun does not get this exciting.

SEPOC BEACH CENTER
Eagle Point Resort’s beauty lies in its synergy with nature. In this, the resort takes pride in its crowning feature: Sepoc Beach Center. Only a 15 to 20 minute ride via motorized boat separate the guests from a truly remarkable communion with nature. In this natural island paradise, guests can explore this unspoiled and sublime natural wonder. Its crystal waters also offer guests a chance to go scuba diving and be one with the sea and all its wonders. Sepoc Beach Center also boasts of other recreational facilities like a beach volleyball area and a hiking trail for the adventurous spirit. For guests who simply want to kick off their shoes and unwind, a lounging area complete with hammocks is also available.

Of course, guests’ comfort and convenience are always top of mind for us. The Sepoc Beach Center also has comfortable dining facilities where guests can sit back and enjoy a good meal. These are all capped by modern bath and toilet facilities to ensure that guests never feel away from the trappings of modern conveniences.

How to get there: - Breeze through Southern Luzon Expressway and head for Toll Exit 50 or the Batangas, Bicol, Lucena Exit

- Take Santo Tomas Road. Landmarks: Carmel Ray Industrial Park, Yazaki Torres, First Philippine Industrial Park

- Approximately 700m after the First Philippine Industrial Park is the entrance to the Star Highway, the new expressway. Make a right and across the on ramp on your left is the Light Industry and Science Park III.

- Take the Tambo Exit. You will then see the "To Batangas or to Bauan" sign - which points to the other side. Follow the sign and cross over to the other side over the center island.

- From the exit, turn right to head for Batangas City. After a 3.5 km drive (you will pass by Fernando Airbase and Mataas na Kahoy), you will come to an intersection with a sign that reads "Alitagtag, turn right".

- Do turn right and you 10km drive (through zigzag roads and a steel bridge) will take you to Cuenca, Batangas.

- Alitagtag town is a good 3-4 kms. drive. You know you're there when you see the sign "Welcome to Alitagtag". You will see a Caltex gas station about 1.5 kms. from the welcome sign. From the corner of the main road by the Caltex station, you will see two (2) roads. Take the middle road which will take you to Bauan town (that's a good 8-9 km drive)

- As soon as you get to Bauan, make a right at the first corner (Landmark - Funeraria Filipina). Once you see the Bauan Town Hall, you are on your way to a small bridge where you will turn right left to get to Mabini Town. You will pass along the following signs: AG&P, Kephil Phils., Anilao Seasport and Vistamar.

- If you follow the signs leading to Anilao Seasport and Vistamar, you will end up at a ju nction divided by the statue of Apolinario Mabini (it is approximately a 1 kilometer drive from the Bauan Town Hall to the statue). Turn right, still following the signs of Vistamar and Anilao Seasport. This is roughly 8km stretch.

- Continue following the road signs. 1.9 kms. away, voila! It's the "Welcome to Mabini and Eagle Point Resort" sign.

- Turn left. This is now the road behind the resorts in the area (Vistamar, Anilao Seasport, etc.) You will see a "turn left" sign.

- The road will now take you to Parang barrio into the private road that will lead you to Eagle Point Resort.
